Born in Berlin in the 80s, Theresa Thomczik knows her way around the big cities by nature. Nontheless she feels at home all over the world, even at the most remote corners, and has lived in New Zealand, Australia and the UK.
In her personal works, that are mainly analoguely crafted, she dances
a fine line between portraits of places and of people, always concentrating on the atmosphere first.
To refine her skills she has studied photography at BtK, University of Applied Arts, in Berlin for her Bachelor of Arts and is now working as a freelance photographer, art consultant and curator in Berlin.
